CURRENT PROGRAM
Warehouse Logistics Academy
The program implemented at DK Partner HR Consulting Private Limited is a training and development program. Its goal is to prepare candidates for work in the logistics sector in Poland by developing practical operational skills and adaptive competencies. The course is conducted by DK Partner HR Consulting Private Limited, under the supervision of AK Outsourcing sp. z o.o. and Marimar.
The total duration of the program is 90 teaching hours and includes two modules:
MODULE I – Warehouse Operations and Cultural Adaptation (50 hours)
MODULE II – Technical forklift training – preparation for the UDT exam (40 hours)
- Work safety and organization in accordance with Polish occupational health and safety regulations,
- Introduction to warehouse processes (receiving, picking, shipping),
- Working with WMS systems and operational terminals,
- Quality standards and work station organization,
- Warehouse work simulations,
- Cultural and adaptation preparation for living and working in Poland,
- Basic information on immigration responsibilities.
- Construction and operating principles of industrial trucks,
- Safety and stability issues,
- Practical exercises in maneuvering and storage,
- Exam simulation in accordance with the standards of the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) in Poland.
The training concludes with an internal competency assessment, including a knowledge test, operational simulation, and a professional readiness interview. The program prepares participants to take the state UDT examination upon arrival in Poland. Participation in the training program does not guarantee employment. Candidates may be considered by the employer in a separate recruitment process.
