In April 2023, we had the pleasure of meeting Consul Raghu Channarayapatna Rajappa, who has served as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Bangalore since 2020. The Consul has actively supported Polish-Indian economic, technological, and cultural cooperation, particularly in the state of Karnataka, and has also supported our activities since our inception.

In May 2023, as part of our broadening horizons, we visited the Karnataka Skills Development Corporation, which provides vocational training for employees. The government center collaborates with many countries around the world, training people in various professions to work abroad.

On May 16, 2023, Lawrence & Aryan Partner Service Private Limited was officially registered and began building its organizational structure and training programs.

In June 2023, we met Minister Santosh Lad (third from left), who serves as the Minister of Labor in the government of Karnataka. We discussed the skills needs of workers and the prospects for the labor market.

On September 5, 2023, business partner from Poland – Dariusz Kowalewski – joined the project, acquiring 50% of the company’s shares. This partnership enabled direct alignment of training activities with the actual job requirements and expectations of employers in Poland.

On November 28, 2023, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with St. Philomena’s Institute in Mysore, the first training center was launched. The technical equipment was delivered from Poland and prepared in accordance with the standards of Polish employers, allowing training to be conducted under conditions reflecting real workplace requirements.

On January 23, 2024, following ownership changes, the company was renamed DK Partner HR Consulting Private Limited, under which it currently operates as a training and consulting center.

Between 2023 and 2025, our all training activities were conducted at St. Philomena’s Institute.

During this time, we conducted numerous training sessions, developed employee consultations, gained valuable experience, broadened our horizons, and developed our company.

In September 2025, the Center moved to its own independent premises with dedicated office and training facilities.

We have created a space that is universal, yet tailored to our needs and the needs of our clients, equipped with the equipment and materials necessary to master various techniques for new work.

We have introduced new training courses and are constantly improving our Center and our activities.

In May 2026, we opened a second training center to expand our training offerings and activities in the European market.

We conduct both the substantive and practical parts of our courses to best adapt the program to the participants and the realities of the labor market.

The practical part is conducted in a large space, with elements and routes that provide the best preparation for exams and allows to learn all the technical aspects.
